Capital Commercial Properties was instrumental in the development of a large mixed use site in Alexandria, Virginia featuring several national commercial tenants and over 500 residential units located just minutes from the nation’s capital. Douglas Ebenstein is the President of Eden Center, Inc., which owns and manages the premier Asian shopping center on the East Coast. The company turned Eden Center, into a major cultural destination featuring more than 115 tenants including two dozen fine Vietnamese restaurants. In recognition of this accomplishment, Eden Center was honored as the “Most Improved Commercial Property” in Falls Church, Virginia in 1997 and was voted “Best Shopping Center” 2014 and 2015 by Washington City Paper.
